Affiliate Partner Terms & Agreement
These terms and conditions govern affiliate and referral partner agreements concluded and performed through our designated partner network or management platform (including Affitor and other authorized networks designated by OSINT Trace). We offer competitive recurring commissions with extended 60-day attribution and prompt monthly payouts.
Minimum 20% recurring rate on all eligible paid subscription tiers.
Monthly commissions earned for up to 12 months per referred subscriber.

How Your Recurring Payout Works
For every subscriber you introduce, you receive a continuous 20% monthly share of the net subscription for 12 consecutive months.
Definitions
The capitalized terms used in these Affiliate Partner Terms, both in the singular and the plural, are understood to have the meaning described herein:
The user profile and dashboard through which Partner and the SaaS Business access the designated Affiliate Platform for tracking, asset distribution, and analytics.
The authorized third-party partner management system, network, or software platform (including Affitor or any other authorized network designated by the SaaS Business from time to time) utilized to manage enrollments, track referral links, attribute conversions, and administer commission reporting.
The terms and conditions contained herein, together with any annexes, which form an integral part of the Partner Agreement.
A prospective user directed to the SaaS Business’ services at osinttrace.com by Partner as a result of Partner’s Referral Services (e.g., via a unique tracking link or referral code).
The binding agreement between Partner and the SaaS Business, of which these terms form an integral part, governing the performance and remuneration of Referral Services.
A legal entity or individual registered on the designated Affiliate Platform to provide Referral Services, and the SaaS Business’ public or invite-only program through which partners enroll.
Conclusion of the Partner Agreement
A Partner Agreement is concluded when Partner requests enrollment in the Partner Program via the designated Affiliate Platform, accepts these Affiliate Partner Terms (including Annex 1), and the SaaS Business subsequently reviews and confirms Partner’s application.
The right to perform Referral Services is granted on a non-exclusive basis. OSINT Trace remains entitled to engage other partners, run internal marketing campaigns, and market its services directly.
Obligations of the Partner & Acceptable Promotion
Upon acceptance, Partner will access promotional assets and unique referral links via the designated Affiliate Platform. Partner must strictly observe the following standards:
- Brand Bidding: Buying or bidding on keywords in Google Ads, Bing, or social platforms containing “OSINT Trace”, “osinttrace”, or related trademarked brand variations.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, automated forum spam, or intrusive bot messages.
- Self-Referrals: Creating personal accounts through one’s own affiliate tracking link.
- Misrepresentation: Promoting OSINT Trace for unlawful surveillance, harassment, doxxing, or making unsubstantiated claims.
Commission, Tracking & Payment Terms
Attribution of commission owed to Partner is calculated automatically via the designated Affiliate Platform under the following verified rules:
When a user clicks your link, a 60-day tracking cookie is logged. If the visitor registers within 60 days, they are permanently attributed to your partner profile.
Commissions are held for thirty (30) days from the transaction timestamp to cover consumer refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes before becoming payable.
Once the hold period concludes and the $50 USD threshold is reached, earnings are disbursed during the scheduled monthly payout cycle via PayPal, Wise, or Direct Bank Transfer as supported by the Affiliate Platform.
Term & Termination
The agreement runs indefinitely. Either party may terminate at any time upon written notice. If terminated without cause by OSINT Trace, Partner retains accrued commission for the full agreed Commission Period for active qualifying leads as detailed in Annex 1.
Intellectual Property
All brand assets, software, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of OSINT Trace. Partner receives a revocable, non-exclusive license solely to use provided badges and promotional graphics during the active agreement.
Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability under the agreement is limited to the total commissions paid to Partner in the preceding three (3) months.
Force Majeure
Parties are excused from delayed performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including system downtime, telecom failures, acts of state authorities, or natural disasters.
Confidentiality
Non-public technical data, conversion rates, customer identities, and business metrics shared between the parties must be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
Amendments
OSINT Trace reserves the right to amend these partner terms at any time with two (2) weeks electronic notice via the Affiliate Platform or email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
Miscellaneous Provisions
This Agreement is governed by the laws and dispute mechanisms set out in the General Terms of Service of OSINT Trace. Where written communication is required, electronic messages transmitted via email or the designated Affiliate Platform suffice.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
